Licensed since l976, Eugene has worked in all facets of the real
estate profession: broker-owner, appraiser, and educator. An active
member of the REALTOR family, Eugene believes in giving back to the
industry that gave him so much. Through N.A.R. his concentration has been
in the communications, education, international real estate, political
affairs, license law, and technology committees. Today his training
efforts concentrate on the same topics. His ability to understand and
articulate agency and license laws is an asset to his audiences. Eugene
has worked closely with REALTOR organizations and Real Estate
Commissions alike to draft legislation that can be understood not only
by the consumer, but also by the licensee.
Eugene's commitment to real estate education is
evidenced by his own designations. He completed his Doctor of
Business Administration degree in 2001. He has been on the faculty
of Indian River Community College since 1991 and teaches in the
Business, Real Estate and Computer departments. Besides the 31
years experience in real estate, Eugene has almost 40 years experience
in various aspects of Technology. Eugene has served as
President of the Realtors Association of St. Lucie (RASL), President of
the International Council of the Treasure Coast, President of the
Regional M.L.S. (Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties), President of the
Florida Chapter CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), District 3 Vice
President of the Florida Association of Realtors, and Board of Directors
member for National CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker), on committees
for RASL, FAR, and NAR. |
