SCHOOL POLICIES
- Classroom sessions are not
to be recorded. Recording devices will not be allowed in the classroom.
- There is no smoking in the
building. Adequate break times are provided.
- Food and beverages will be
permitted, only if they do not disturb the class session and at the discretion
of the instructor.
- There will be no refunds
after the first classroom session. Students may only miss 8 hours of classroom
time for the Pre-License Sales Associate or Broker courses. Students may only
miss 10% of all other subject courses, in order to obtain FREC credit hours.
If a student misses more than the allowable time, they may register for a
course in the future and receive credit of their tuition toward the new
course. The instructor may, at his discretion, allow time for make-up hours.
However, this is only done for a minimal amount of time and within 30 days of
the ending date of the course.
- Students that do not receive
a passing grade may wait 30 days and take a second final exam within one year
of the original exam. The fee for a second final exam is $35.00. If the
student fails the second exam, the student may retake the course at no charge
within one year, but pay for any updated materials and/or increase in tuition.
- If a student is disruptive
in the class, the instructor may dismiss the student and no refund will be
due.
- Payment in full will be due
upon registration in order to hold a seat for the course. No student will be
issued a grade report if tuition, fees or any other monies due are not paid in
full.
- A Grade Report will be
issued after each course. Copies of the Grade Report will be provided for a
fee of $10.00.
- The School reserves the
right to limit the number of students in the classroom. A minimum number of
students may be necessary to begin any scheduled course. The School retains
the right to cancel any course and refund any tuition paid. Schedules are
subject to change without notice.
- Recruiting for employment
opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm must be done outside of the
prescribed classroom instructional time. Noncompliance should be reported to
the Florida Real Estate Commission.
